Botox

BOTOX®  Cosmetic is designed to temporarily reduce repeated muscle activity (such a frowning and squinting) to help prevent and smooth crows feet and frown lines. BOTOX® Cosmetic works by targeting underlying muscle activity beneath the skin’s surface.

When deciding if BOTOX®  Cosmetic is right for you, you may wish to ask yourself the following questions found at the Botox Canada site here.

You should always seek BOTOX COSMETIC in an appropriate medical setting.  Currently, a medical clinic or a hospital are the only locations the College of Physicians & Surgeons of Alberta approves of.

Your injector should be a qualified, licensed, trained physician or nurse following doctors orders for treatment plans. Don’t be afraid to ask your doctor or nurse about his or her qualifications and experience.

At our clinic BOTOX COSMETIC®  is priced at $10.00 per unit when our nurses inject the product, or when the plastic surgeon, Dr. Brooks, injects the product there is an additional $250 injector fee.  Note: The doctor or nurse will be following the same treatment plan for your specific facial anatomy.
